Over three months, founders set up local operations, validate their market, connect with customers and partners, and become investor-ready. The program combines expert training, 1:1 coaching, and curated introductions to help startups achieve real traction and scale in Canada.
Note: This program is not dependent on the immigration process, even if the founders are based outside of Canada.

Finance Stack: bank account setup, HST/tax registration, SR&ED overview, grant map (IRAP, provincial programs)
Immigration Pathways (non-SUV): Global Talent Stream, Intra-Company Transfer (C12), Significant Benefit (C10); overview and vetted counsel referrals
Market Intelligence & Ecosystem Mapping: key clusters, trade offices, accelerators, procurement platforms
Objective: Confirm market demand, refine pricing, and initiate local partnerships or pilots.
Customer Discovery Sprints: structured interviews, objection logs, and insight tracking
Pricing & Packaging Workshop: local benchmarks and margin validation
Partnerships: reseller/MSP strategy, cloud marketplaces, procurement onboarding
Brand & Demand: positioning for Canada, content plan, event calendar
Government & Corporate Procurement: how to register, bid, and build compliance documents
Objective: Locate pilots, project early revenue, and prepare for fundraising.
Pilot Design & Success Metrics: defining scope, KPIs, and procurement checklists
Financial Readiness: cap table review, forecast, and use-of-funds plan
Fundraising Mechanics: understanding Canadian angels and seed funds; instruments (SAFE, equity, notes)
